So exciting that you guys decided to start TTC from April! Good luck, hope it happens very soon.

So I survive another month - was 2 days late on the pill, very strange indeed, so our plans are still for around sep/oct/nov.

So Annabelle, will this be your first?

Hi Ilse

Thank you.
It will be our second. Our daughter is 8. So this sorta just feels completely new for me.

So sorry. Sending you lots of baby dust.
Very strange that you were late on the pill. Which pill are you on?

Hello Ladies!!

Im so excited and nervous!
We've decided to start TTC from April. I am now on CD7.
I am trying to keep calm and not stress to much but for some reason my nerves are shot!

@Ilse, just reading that you are a day late is making me excited. How are things with you?

How is everyone doing?

Anzelmama - what happened?

Irene - I think Kirsten refers to the waiting period if you have never been on a medical aid and joins - then there is exclusions on certain conditions for a certain period of time. For pregnancies/births I think it is a year in most cases.

AFM - my little girl is turning one in less than two weeks, she is almost walking and so darn cute. On a different note, I'm one day late (on the pill), which is definitely not ideal if this is indeed the case.

Special plans for Easter ladies?

I would love to start trying but just worried about the whole waiting period that Discovery has but myself and future hubby don't really want to wait because time is ticking.

Good luck to those who are already trying.

Hi, Irene

I also wonder why he is sending me for a beta if it is not possible to pick up anything this early? I don't know... Will then have to wait and see. I think it's too early to pick up anything. AF is due next weekend, so I'll know by then...

I've just read that HCG can be anything between 5 and 25 at 3 week LMP (Since last menstrual period). That means, if I ovulated on the 14th, that I'll be exactly 3 weeks tomorrow, so it is possible to pick up HCG... it might still be very low, and will have to be confirmed with another beta test during the week, but it is possible. I got a positive OPK on CD 13, and both my apps say that I then ovulated on CD 14, maybe earlier... So I dunno...

Thanks for responding!
