@momX3 i am due 18 feb, but live in piet retief mpumalanga ao getting to the city for appointments only to be discouraged by the drs is so much worse. ( nevermind the stress of dealing with two little kids that need to be dragged along on the 4 hour journey or
carted off to be looked after by someone else!)

I strongly suggest you try to go the midwife route but if that is not possible, then give birth with a gyni in a hospital that allows doulas and hire a doula to help you with the preparation, the birth and with support after the birth.

When are you due?

Have you asked at Genesis Clinic? The midwives there are brilliant and they do let you birth naturally with twins.
