That hypnobirthing course must be so interesting. I guess its more difficult with a second pregnancy coz you are so preoccupied with stephan. But you will bond in due time. Glad that he is enjoying the new car seat I will buy one this weekend hope she likes it.

"LIG" very cute! she calls everyone "mama" even the dogs. LOL!

Hi Hlehle!!!!!

Nice to have you here!! My pregnancy is going well, i must admit its a lot different with a second child. I'm not so aware of it all the time and I am actually not bonding with the baby yet. I'm going for a hypnobirthing course next weekend, hoping this will help me bond with the little girl inside me!

Good to hear your LO is standing a little already. Stefan also cruizes along the furniature but doesn't really show interest in standing on his own. I don't think he realises that he can, he tried once or twice but fell... so also lacking in confidence.

He loves his new car seat as he can now see out the window much better than before, so he watches everything going on outside.

He says LIG for every light he sees, even when I open the curtains, he says LIG!! He is also starting to say WOEF for the dogs but no mamma or pappa yet.

how are you doing? its been a while since our last chat. Hlatse I hope your LO is feeling better now.

Anina how is the pregnancy treating you?

My LO is doing well. she is walking against the table and things but not on her own. last week she started standing on her own for a few seconds but she fell and hurt herself so she is scared to do it now. she only does it when on the bed.

she has 5 toofies now and one more on the way. she is getting heavier by the day, i'm not sure what her current weight is. I also have to buy her a new car seat because the current rear facing one is getting too small for her and she hates sitting at the back on her own.

Yes, Stefan finally has 2 toofies!! And the top two are not far away. He is standing up against everything in site but is not showing any interest in walking yet. He stood alone for a few seconds this morning but I don't think he knows that he can do it yet, so walking is still a long way off...

I have no idea how much he weighs, but I'm sure its close to 11 kg. I bought him a new car seat yesterday, the backward facing one was really getting to small now even though it goes up to 13 kg. And his bum is almost to big for size 4 nappies, so he must be getting bigger...

I hope your LG is feeling better!!! Its so horrible when they are feeling blue and you can't do much about it. Just keep the fluid levels up and watch out for signs of dehydration.

I'm sure she will crawl soon, or start walking... She must be frustrated with not being mobile by now, so maybe she will start walking soon. Have you asked your pead about her not crawling yet?

WOW. Stefan has got toofies? That's grat. ow much does he weigh now?

My LG is not crawling still, but she stands and walks around furniture. I so try and encourage her to crawl but she just gets angry when I put her on her tummy for too long. I am patient and hopeful that she will get there, though.

My LG's not well. She has nt slept well for the past 3 days, vomitting everything we tried to feed her, but last night was much better I must say. The paed said she had an ear irritation and broncho-something. I hope the medication helps.
