Cramping during First Trimester

Its all normal. My previous pregnancy was a miscarriage, so with this one every single cramp and pain had me tensing and it didnt help. Just relax. You can research it. They call it round ligament pain and its just your body starting to get ready to create more space for that wonderful human being growing in your tummy. It can also be braxton hicks (some say you feel it in early pregnancy other say you cant). If it gets really bad, like mine did. Lay down on your side, (my left side worked for me) or you can take a luke warm bath with a cup epson salt. The magnesium you body adsorbs helps for all aches and pains in pregnancy. Hope it helps.

Horrendous cramping was how I found out that I'm expecting. The pain was nausea-inducing and vision-blurring. After reading up, it seems that it's quite common and nothing to worry about at long as there isn't bleeding.

I had this often during my first few weeks of both my pregnancies. It's quite common, although it does make you worry! Apparently it happens because your womb and other girlie bits are stretching and expanding, it can cause some period-like pains.

Congrats, I am also experiencing the same from couple of weeks now I am 9 weeks pregnant.no need to worry about it.

I have all the symptoms you listed to the dot. I am 4 weeks pregnant. My GP said the dull cramps are normal as long as there is no bleeding. I had the cramps when i was pregnant with my daughter, they disappeared b4 the end of the 1st trimester.
