Im a first time mom due 4 Aug... 34 weeks already.. from Somerset West

I was wondering if the antenatal classes are necessary for natural birth? Hubby and I work between Jhb and Cpt so havn't had the chance to do them yet...

Also really been battling with a blocked left ear, any remedies you may know of?

How is things going? I am due 6 Aug. Time is getting closer.

I am 31 weeks (eish) and cant wait to meet my little girl! I am getting so tired now, dont know how I will be getting trough the next 9 weeks.

I forgot hope I did it right

hi hope all is well.
I found out 3 weeks ago I was pregnant 7weeks, Thursday it will be 10 weeks, going for my second scan, on the 11 February so looking forward to it and are some what a bit scared.

I don't know about you but my boobs are so sore and I swear they are growing everyday lol. I sleep almost 15 - 20 hours a day especially over weekends, I am constantly tired.

I almost forgot I am from Secunda.

I'm from Jbg,
Going for my 10weeks scan on d 11th Feb after 1st IVF procedure,
My 8 weeks scan was on d 28th Jan Baby A is fine with heart beat but Baby B is too small no heart beat,
Anyone gone thru such plz help
Also looking for a gynoecologist at Wilgehuewel hospital any references plz help
This is my last scan with my fertility clinic @Vitalab.

I am not hungry AT ALL!

If I don't have heartburn, I'm nauseous... Definitely not like my first pregnancy this one. Also having very sore boobs! I can't wait for my first scan. This baby will be almost exactly 2 years younger than my other terrorist.

I am from Moorreesburg. A very small town which is as hot as the hell...

This is my 5 pregnancy. I have 2 boys and happy this one is going so well! A bit of a surprise baby. Lol. I am totally out of the baby thing. Its like expecting first baby.

Up until about 2 weeks ago I was hungry all the time. Quite embarrassing how much I ate I was just SO hungry every 2 hours to a point I got nauseous. Happy to report no nausea !!! Luckily I am starting to feel myself again. So hang in there! A couple of weeks more.

Oh and I am from Cape Town
