my daughter also had bad jaundice when from 3 days old , she was in icu for about a week and i was not allowed to hold her . She also get shudders from time to time , but it is also caused from heat,

maybe its not the same thing , but better be safe than sorry , and take him to the doctor

I'll have to ge the med aid details from his grandparents, they added him to their med aid so I'll let know when I got an appointment etc. I want to do it before year end though...

It is very important to get the tests done so I am pleased you are taking him in.

Thanx ladies... I'll make an appointment and take him, just get him tested for alot of things to make sure, I know they said it could affect his liver as well...

His billirubin score was one of the highest cases they have ever heard of... I took him to the hospital that time as well but since it was so far already they told me it's to late to treat him as there would be damage already if he wasn't strong enough. But they advised me to have him checked out every 6 months, I couldn't take him recently as finance wise things are not that great..

We prayed for him and it helped alot... he's a happy child and I just want it to stay that way.

I agree. Take lo to the doc but I looked on the net and it seems common. Best to make sure though.
