I would also recommend dr Siebert at Aevitas Clinic.

I can only speak from my experience. I went to aevitas as Andy has mentioned. They are more afr but very good at what they do.

I personally went to Dr Siebert who is brilliant at laprascopic surgery and he corrected my stage 4 endo and I conceived. Not to say all women will but my Gynae says he is really very good. I also saw Prof. Kruger who is very kind.

I must just add that they do not handle the pregancy. They confrim the pregnancy and then hand you back to your gynae but they practice at Vincent P and it is one of the few hospitals that support midwife deliveries. Dr Howard and Dr Dumbrill are back up gynaes. My friend used a midwife there with Dr Dumbrill supporting.

Dr Heylen is great! Also Dr Le Roux at the same clinic. I would advise against wiswidel as his bedside maner is not all that great.
