Stimulating Baby

I used to put that feeding donut thing around Liam's head (for support)and then pop him under it from a very early age, while I dealt with whatever Brandon was throwing my way.

Not sure how old he was, but it was before he had any neck control.

Can't remember bundle. I know we only bought it at about 3 months and Dylan didnt use it much at all. It used to irritate him but he was a sensitive baby.

From What age should you put them under the baby gym?

I was a really lazy mommy, slept when the LO did and when he was awake I would normally do chores with LO in his pram, being pushed around the house and me chatting away as if he really understood me.

Then when they were about 2 months old I joined a moms & babes type group which gave a few good ideas on baby activities.

But at that age their awake time is so short, there we really did not need to do much.

A baby gym was also a godsend when they got older.

I did a baby massage course which was lovely and I would massage him.

I also attended babygym classes when he was 4 months old and got lovely ideas.

For now lots of tummy time and basic toys.

it is a difficult age - that's for sure - My baby had Colic and he was awake all the time - I put him under his playgym walked him around - notice he totally loved looking at photo's that were on the wall....also tried taking him outside for walks in his pram - took a little getting used to but he totally loves going outside now - the balck and white thing is totally spot on - also they are attacted to red and navy - noticed that aswell.

Yes circles, squares etc. Nothing too busy and complicated though. Those were the ones that upset her. I think it's just too much for them. Have fun!
