Creche Guard

Used Creche Guard for the past year but my LB still got the flu and ear infections. I moved over to Viral Choice but only uses it for 1 week now so I'm waiting to see results.

My lg has been on Creche guard since last year Jan & still got colds & the flu! Now changed to Viral guard & also giving her Zinplex. I'm also giving my 4 month old boy Zinplex since he's 2 months old.
Good luck with the creche & going back to work. I started to work again last Monday . Christiaan is staying with Granny & Lihani is in creche.

I also use creche guard. Instruction sis to use it 5 days of the week. Over weekends, I give LO vidaylin (with added iron).

We've been using CG the past 2 years and could really see the difference. LO didn't have the flu at all last year, which meant that we also got off lightly. But on the other hand, someone also told us that once they are over 3 their immune systems just get better. But for now, I'll stick with it. Which reminds me, I have to get a new bottle
