Thanks for the encouragement!! Hahaa, I am still scared, but you are a mom of two, so I think I can believe you when you say I shouldn't be scared. Thanks. Did you give natural birth or c-section? I am going to be at Durbanville Medi-clinic. I hope the hospital is okay, I HATE hospitals and blood and....and.... now you know that is how scared I am. Sorry...I will stop saying that. Maybe I am just scaring myself and I really like and trust my gynie. I went to him, because one of my friends was with him. She had her baby 3 months ago and she and her husband were very impressed by this gynie, so that is good I think!!

Can anyone tell me how is Durbaville Medi-Clinic?? Please if you know? And what Gynies there are good??

Well not new mommy quite yet, still have few months to go!! I am 19 weeks pregnant with my first! Very excited! I have been reading all your stories on here for about two weeks now! Very interesting and believe me I am still struggling(like most) to come to terms with the delivery. Scared out of my head. I am so scared I will not be able to handle it. I had my gall bladder removed last year and that was sore to me and they only make 4 holes on your tummy!! Either natural or c-sec soooooo scared!!!!!

As I said before, My husband and me are from Brazil. We have been living here since 2006. Last year we had our first child, Lucas. Lucas was born at Sunninghill hospital and I had a good experience there.
He is a happy and lovely boy !!!!!! He is healthy but we have been struggling against ears infections. After 03 ears infections, his paed decided to put grommets in both ears. Then 02 weeks ago he put a pair of grommets. Next week we will see the doctor and check if everything is in order.

Lucas is at Hugs and Kisses day care in Sunninghill since he was 06 months. Is there any mommy from Hugs and Kisses here?

I work at the Brazilian Embassy in Pretoria and live in Barbeque Downs, Midrand.
