It's hard to say exactly as the number ranges are so big. But they should be able to give you an indication.
If you know the first day of your last period though then that's actually how you count - however many weeks have passed since the first day of your last period that's how many weeks pregnant you are.

I will contact PathCare today. I take it they will tell me how many weeks I am pregnant (If I'm pregnant).

Go to pathcare and ask them to do a pregnancy blood test (HCG test). That will tell you for certain whether you are or not (the numbers need to be above 5, but given that you're already 10 days late they should be in their hundreds already , if not higher).

If that comes back positive you can try and book a scan with a gyne for anytime between 7 and 12 weeks. From about 6 weeks they can see a heartbeat so a scan at 7 weeks would be to again confirm pregnancy and make sure it has implanted in the correct place. If you're wanting to save money though you can wait until 12 weeks at which time they'll do the NT scan as well.

I did an early detect home pregnancy test yesterday and it showed a faint positive (+) sign. Is there a possibility that I could not be pregnant? I do not have any symptoms and I’m not sure what to expect since this would be my first pregnancy. What are the next steps to take? How soon should I visit the Doctor? My period is already 10 days late.
