Clueless, you have no idea how difficult it is, specially when you have a very close family and your sister have triplets which you love to bits...I miss everyone very much.

But life is life and we are bringing a new one to the world. So need to make the very best for her.

It must be very difficult so far from your own family. I also came to the forum because my parents and in-laws don't live close to us, but at least they are still in South Africa!

That is so exciting! I hope you have a great and smooth pregnancy further. I found this site and forum to be a great help with my pregnancy and after that (my LG is 7 months old). I'd suggest that you start by finding the group for the month in which you'll give birth, that is your biggest support - believe me.

Hi Moomies, I am Silvana, originally Colombian married to South African, my hubbie found the site while doing some research and now I'm joining.
I'm 12+ weeks with our first baby!
We had our second scan this morning and all seems perfect it was soooo exciting to see a full little person inside another, moving all over the place with an amazing heart beat...
Anyways as you could imagine, I have no family in South Africa, and my husband is an only child, so all the online help is much appreciated.
We stay in Bryanston, seeing Dr. O'Hanlon @ Sunninghill Hospital.
