You can also try Natura's tissue salts - I'm 32 weeks now and those pills have been life savers! Whole range is awesome - also for preventing stretch marks and were recommended by my midwife and dr.

Good Morning all
I am a first time mom, now 17 weeks pregnant and 36 years of age.
Quick question, I am battling to sleep and wake up with tension headaches most mornings. Can I take adco-dol for the pain or do I have to stick to Panado?
