If I take away the morning nap and they nap only at 12:00 - 14:00 then they want to sleep at 5.... :S

Looks like I have one of those that just aren't a good sleeper. I wouldn't mind at all if it was only one but, now its 2. If the one sleeps the other one doesn't.

It's terrible if you tried everything and nothing seems to get them to sleep better.
Maybe you should take away his morning sleep and only let him sleep from 12:00 - 14:00.

Some kids are just not "good-sleepers". My little girl did not sleep at all, while her brother only woke up once or maybe twice during the night since day one.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply!

Yes, I have been keeping this in mind. Dont know if there is anything wrong in what Im doing.

They usually eat between 5 and 6, mostly at 5. Will have a bottle afterwards if they want one, or will get one when we put then in bed at 19:00
Nap time depends on the time they wake up. First nap will usually be around 10:00 and second at 14:00. They have 4 hour stretch between naps.
Yes, he still drinks bottle during the night  :( Sometimes not much, just a sip here and there. But there are times he will drink 3 bottles, not lately thou.
Don't think they are cold as they will be dresses in a real comfy fluffy baby grow, that's not hot at all. Their temp in this baby grow will be 36.5. I do put a blanket on when they go to sleep but will not be bothered if they kick it off, as they are dressed warm.
No lights are on when they go to sleep so they are used to the darkness. Also not putting on any lights when going in their room at night. They will moan until I put the light off then they will be happy, they dont like any lights on when sleeping.

Good day Marusch

Welcome to our forum. I've also posted your question on our Facebook Page, her is the link to the post:

My little girl did exactly the same when she was that age. We tried everything. It felt like the harder we try to get her to sleep, the less she wanted to sleep.

Here are some things you can try (if you haven't tried them already) or just think about. And I must be honest, it didn't really help for me, but maybe it will help for you. I also looked after her while running my own business and the best thing I did was taking her to a creche at 18 months.

- What time and how long his is naps during the day?
- What does he eat for dinner and at what time?
- Does he still drink bottle during the night?
- Maybe he is getting cold or to warm
- How is the light in the room?
The list goes on, and what I always say, "what works for one mom and baby doesn't
necessarily works for another mom and baby". But you can just try.

Good luck. I know how you feel.
