My 1st was an emergency c section after a long labour n baby didnt descend and what into distress. The 2nd was planned -it was relaxed and calm altho i was so scared. As i mentioned both times i saw baby then they took baby away to clean and within an hour baby was on my chest.

Hi

I'm 27years old wanting to start trying for my second baby during the course of this year. I previously had a c section in February 2016.... I had the show and became nervous and rushed to hospital my gynecologist gave me a c section at the time I didn't question it I was scared in a sense as I had previously experienced a miscarriage at 9 weeks prior to the pregnancy I was currently experiencing. After the c section I had to wait a whole night till I could see my baby I didn't develop the skin to skin contact immediately which made me struggle with breastfeeding. This time when I eventually fall pregnant id like to have or try for a vbac as there wasn't anything really wrong for me to have had the c section previously. I'm living in Durban and I'd like to find a gynecologist who would support vbac as I'm determined to have a vaginal birth should everything be going well. I'd appreciate any information or help from you guys.

Thank you.
