Betabase is excellent website but it is offmost of the time. The mean for 16 dpo is 211 for single pregnancy. Google back door for betabase. One of the first pages is ivfonedayatatime blog. It has the archive to the betabase site.

Hi there, that sounds great at around that time mine was 116 and I am expecting twins. Every ones HCG is different but that sounds like a great count :)

First Scan - 1st of July @ 6w3d Only one but we are very excited for our little Broodjie!!!!!
Second Scan - 8th of August @ 11w6d Got the shock of our lives to see not one but two little healthy babies in there!!!!!!!

Yes that does sound normal.

If you're concerned you can go back and have a second test done in 2 days' time. If the numbers have doubled it's an excellent sign.

Hi, I am very new at this. I went for my first blood test yesterday. Is it normal to have a count of 313 mui/ml at 16dpo? I am only seeing the Gynae on the 25th of Sept, when I will be at 6 weeks.
