Try Marianne Littlejohn, I don't think there is any gyni in SA that would let you do a VBA3C, their insurance will not cover it. But the risks of a 4th c-section is huge, propably much safer to do a vaginal birth statistically...

Thanks4the reply I was actually leaning towards seeing a midwife but have no idea if any of them would be gutsy enought2attempt a vba3c.How do I contact them.

Miss Q, your best bet would be to go to a private midwife, ask the ladies at birth options, there are some gutsy midwifes!

Hoping2get sum positive feedback frm u ladies.
I am from Cape Town and my gynae is Dr S.hinz at Vincent Pallotti.I had a c-section in May 2007 bcos my baby was breech.In 2008 I was expecting my 2nd child and even though I soooo hoped2have a normal delivery(cos baby was in the right position this time around)
But my gynae refused saying that it was2soon after my 1st baby and me being a little dumdso 2say wen it came2facts about vbac I went along an had my 2nd c-section.Then in 2010 I was expecting again an ofcourse I was told that I cud only have a c-section this time around again.I have read all the comments about VP and its gynaes being supportive or helpful wen it came2vbac so therefore I'm askn the question do u think its possible for me2have a vba3c.I luv my gynae an she's so friendly I wud also just luv2b able 2give birth naturely the next time around.Its almost been3years since my last baby.Oh and I'm 27 years old if that matters lol.
