Honestly I have no idea. Having my second boy now. I have friends who have either only 3 girls or 3 boys and was hoping the last one would either be a boy or a girl.

I don't have a true recipe per se, but they say that girl sperm lasts longer but boy sperm swims faster, so for a girl it's recommended to bd 2-3 (or 3-4?) days before ov, and for a boy it's recommended to bd the day before ov. The closer to ov you bd the higher your chances of having a boy.

There are also things about the ph of your body, but i'm not sure exactly what they are. But the more alkaline your body is the higher your chances of conceiving one gender, and the more acidic it is the higher your chances of conceiving the other gender. I'm not entirely sure how it works though but maybe worth googling.
