Teething

Hi everyone,

So my little man is 18 weeks old and I found a tooth bottom left. I know it's probably early and I was freaked out but they say it does happen.

I wanted to know if they get fussy before, after or during the tooth trying to cut through?

At this moment nothing crazy is going on he was all himself only with a lot more drool and a drool rash. No weird diapers, fever or crying like people said it would be.
