Hello friendy!

Shew its so hard to get back on it hey! And once you start picking up again and eating more lekker food its 10x as hard to become disciplined again.
I was on WW when I was 21, back in 2003 and I went from 68 to 51kgs. I was too thin almost, BMI of 17. I am also 1.65cm tall.
But then over time I started picking up again and the last few years really badly so.
I am still 10kgs over prepregnancy weight and its all my fault :( breastfeeding didnt even help me.
I now weigh 96kgs boohoo. @ Mutha2b also typing this is killing me!
But you think it stops me from devouring a bag of chips?
Eating is my therapy and a serious problem. Emotionally I'm just not at a place to do this, but I desperately need to lose weight. I'm only 29!
But what I find is that even though I'm eating less than when I was on maternity leave, I am just not shedding the weight. I really thought it would drop off being the weight I am.

Want2Btiny I even rejoined and paid the money and everything, but if I knew I didnt lose weight I didnt go weigh in. Plus its a saturday morning between 9&10 and that's my sleep in morning and I NEEEEEEED my sleep.

But I definitely got to do something.
I want to lose 20KG's by January so that I am at least a bit healthier when we start ttc again.

Missy if you go onto their website and send an email they will send you the contact details for the support groups in PE.

First angel resting 25/06/2009 stayed with us a short 7 weeks but we still miss you.

Hi W2Btiny,

I am in the same predicament as you. Maybe even at the worse end of it. I weighed 56kg before pregnancy and now weigh 80kg (writing this down is sooooooo scary).

I eat too much, that's the problem! I need a magic pill.......... ;)
