This sounds really good.I lost 10kgs just eating healthy & by exercising never tried anything e.g. pills & such to loose the weight but now I'm tempted to do so because I've hit a plauteu very hard & its been over 3 months without loosing a kilo & its frustrating. Actually I bought something yesterday & I'm trying it out together with the blood type diet that I got on line.Exercising is a bit difficult these days-DAMN YOU WINTER.Let me google sureslime & see what they say.

My other half did really well on sureslim. There was one big issue though. The low level of carbs made him virtually intollerant to them and he actually got quite ill when he had to modify the diet for sport.

I am not conviced any diet that restricts a certain food group like sureslim does is really healthy for a person.

It gets results though.

I lost 10gk in 6weeks with sureslim, and it was easy to follow. Didn't really feel much like I was dieting. Unfortunately now with cooking for 3 people I'm finding it hard to do. But I knpw once I start up again I shed the kilos!

Hi Crazylove
While I was pregnant with my first baby, I gained 24kg, and I really struggled to loose that weight again. I joined Weighless and managed to loose 6kg in 6mnth, and then we went on holiday and I gained about 3kg. So I decided that weighless was not for me. In the beginning of the year I decided to try sureslim and DH said he will pay for me, but then I must make it work. Well, I lost 14kg in 3months. I’m now pregnant again and am now on their maternity diet. Sureslim is not really about your Blood type, but they do take in consideration your Blood sugar levels and cholesterol. It is a High Protein, Low Carb diet, but I think it is healthy. In the beginning the portions for me were very little, but I got use to it very soon. You eat Protein and Veg, Morning, afternoon and evening. And then you are allowed 4 cracker bread and two fruit a day.
BUT, with every diet you must really commit, because a friend of mine also joined, and she only lost something like 5kg in 3months, but she is not really committed to the eating plan. So at the end it all depends on you what the outcome will be.
I hope this helps a bit.
