Well as far as i know from what the doctor told the mother of my baby, is too start a regular amount of exercise, like for a week or two do the same amount of exercise then more and more each day. and don't eat like your still pregnant. your not feeding more then yourself anymore. in your case three. so eat enough for one, and eat healthy.

Firstly I know I realised this a bit late ....but what can I say....

My LG is 15mnths, and my tummy is still out / bulging.

Any tips on how to "push" it back in. I read about the Cherished Belly but that is for use right after giving birth.

Has anyone tried anything else?
