Today I went for my family planning appointment & decided to weigh-in using their scale (which I regret).The thing is the number I got on their scale is not the same as what I get on my scale so I'm not sure which one is giving me the wrong number but to keep myself from not getting confused & frustrated,I'm going to continue using mine as its accessable everytime & I cannot afford to go to the clinic every Monday morning.

These are measurements as of 26/09/2011

WEIGHT=92kgs
CHEST=108cm
WAIST=90cm
NAVAL=99 cm
HIPS=113cm
THIGHS=92cm/57cm

My measurements are still the same & this doesnt worry me a bit especially because I had junk & booze during the weekend.I'm back on it again & this time around I'm keeping a food diary & I'm also going to log-in my exercise.

NB:The clinic scale says I'm 87kgs which is 5kgs less than what my scale tells me

Thanks ladies for all your responses & GOOD LUCK to you all on this tough journey - WE CAN DO IT!!

Babyshoes:CONGRATS on that 3kg lost.I'm still struggling with that post pregnancy weight to but like I said,we can loose it.

1st Timer:I always wanted to join Weigh-Less but I've been postponing all the time.I'm joining the gym next month so maybe I'll take that challenge next year just to keep the weight off & learn more about eating healthy.

Check this out:-

”Know the true value of time; snatch, seize and enjoy every moment of it. No idleness...never put off till tomorrow what you can do today." - Lord Chesterfield

This is so relevant to us ladies,the right time is now & they say 5 minutes is better than nothing & one change at a time!!GOOD-LUCK AGAIN.

Good luck! I am almost the same as you fly only a bit shorter! I am doing weigh less but am ttc too so am not very strict the last 2 weeks of the month which is making it tricky! I am trying to walk for atleast 45min every day too. Good luck!

CONGRATS on the weightloss!

I am following the Weight Watchers Diet (got it from my cousin) and I already lost 3kg (since starting 1 September 2011). My road is gonna be a loooooong road - still have the post pregnancy flab and a little extra. I need to loose another 27kg.

Im focusing on 1kg at a time!

I forgot to say that I dont have any particular diet plan that I'm following but I'm trying to eat 5 meals a day which includes 2 snacks however it is so difficult to eat that much but I try.I also try to drink 2L of water a day,walk 4 30min 5x a week & do home exercises 3x a week for 45min.

I've been concentrating on cycling + lower body + upper body since the 11th & I'm planning to chance the routine at the end of the month.I'm also planning to join the gym next month.I think this is the only way I can motivate myself to be active & stick to eat cause it involves money.

My goal is to loss 10kgs (around 85kgs & less will be a bonus) by 21st of January 2012 or be size 36/38 by then.I will be turning 31 & I want to celebrate my birthday flaunting a sexy me & I know if I do,my self-esteem & confidence will hit the sky.

I'll keep this blog updated on a regular basis to track my progress.
