It lasts quite long. Plus, you save on lunch. :-) If you can, try and drink it only some days for it to last longer. Then, on the days that you don't drink it, try and keep to a small, balanced lunch.

They are the sponsors of the competition, so it's important that they also get feedback on how their product works.

My beautiful daugter born on the 23rd of February 2007 @ 40 weeks, induction, natural delivery with epidural. Weighed 3,25kg at birth.

My gorgeous son born on the 23rd of June 2009 @ 40 weeks, induction, natural delivery. Weighed 3,28kg at birth.
