My journey!

Aunty Carrie I have the same issue. My jeans are lose, and I think they look sloppy. At least the maxi dresses are meant to be hanging. I also wont do shopping till I've hit my goal weight - maybe just for shoes for now

Glad everyones journey is going well
My clothes are starting to feel loose now, which is great. My only issue is that I am worried that I look sloppy in my clothing now, coz they dont quite "fit"
I also dont want to go shopping for new clothes yet, as I am planning on being down another dress size by June.

I have taken my matric dance dress out of the cupboard - trying it on every now and then to gage how much i still need to lose - my goal is to fit into it by the end of the year (holding thumbs)

I still actually wear my baggy dresses. So that when you actually see me in tight clothing people will really see a difference

I've got this 1 dress that I have kept since before I fell pregnant with Em. I refuse to part with it, cause I know I looked damn good in it. My aim is to be able to wear that dress again

well.... i was able to fit into a pair of jeans today that i have not been fitting for the last 4 months - such a wonderful feeling, now its to get into all the other clothes lol.

Thats awesome Nicole! People are now starting to see a difference in me, and nothing feels so good when someone tells you that you're losing weight!

The other day a friend drove past me and didn't know it was me - he recognised my car by said that the person driving looked too thin to me me!! How cool is that

I agree - everything in moderation - there is no need to deprive yourself! We just need to be aware of portion size and if we can find a alternative that is maybe a little more healthy? E.g. instead of getting a beef burger from steers, i now getting their grilled chicken peri peri burgers, instead of eating alot of pizza from this one place we order from dh gets a pizza, i get a hawiaan chicken salad and i treat myself to 1 piece of pizza with my salad.


I have been really good with takeaways/chocs/fizzy cooldrink and can definatly see a difference in my face ( think going off depro injection has also helped though - alot).

Tonight it will be grilled fish and salad for supper.

Well I am still slowly losing - even though we went out for burgers last night. I find watching watch I eat and being aware of portion sizes is easier than saying "you shall not eat this that and the other" And now with Easter coming up, I know I'll gain some weight - cause I cannot resist chocolate marshmallow eggs... - but I'm prepared for it, and I'll try exersice a bit more with Em being on scool holidays and me not walking her.
All in all I'm feeling pretty good about myself as a person, and am going to treat myself to new shoes and a nice outfit for my birthday.
