I'm a bit stressed at the moment. End of the year dramas!!! I don't think i'm going to make my 10kg weigh tloss goal before Wian's party but 8kg is good enough! I am counting the days till we close cause I am really just too stressed out. 3 weeks and 2 days... YAY!!

You are right about not weighing yourself everyday. I actually normally don't and try to weigh no more than twice a week, but I was a bit baffled with the sudden weight increase, so I checked more than usual.

What is MyfitnessPal? I can be quite old-fashioned when it comes to technology, so please explain!
