It will, but not irrepairrably. Try expressing a bit by hand during the day- if anything this will help with the engorgement:) I used to hand express quite well:)

No you'll be fine for just one day. How Manu feeds are you missing? Anything more than 2 and you're going to get a bit uncomfortable though...

I left my pump @ home today only realized this when I got to work and can't go back and fetch it. Now my question is could my milk supply be affect by this?
