He's 1yr and still on Purity

Anina thats how I prepare his smoothies too but he wont take it. It must be pure Purity or just Yoghurt nothing added. When it comes to solid food, he eats very well, I was just concerned about the fruits part of his diet.

I would also just give him whatever you eat, obviously just limit all the spices in your meals.

But don't feel bad about the Purity. I remember keeping some Purity stock in my cupboard, I think till my boy was about 2. It just help to have something at hand on days when things are rough and he can't have of what we're eating. Nothing wrong with that.

Eating purity fruit for snacks is not bad! As long as he eats normal food as well and not only purity.

Try giving him fruity yoghurt some days instead of purity. I blend fruit and yoghurt together to make smoothies for my son. He has this for an afternoon snack most days. It teaches him to drink from a sippy cup as well as being healthy and yummy. I use a NUK sippy cup teat that he bit a bit bigger...

Give him whatever you eat, it just means that you should not use any salt when making your food.

Please help, my Dinosaur is a year old now and I am still buying him Purity 3 only the fruity flavours. Is he too old for it? Till what age are they not suppose to eat it? But Ladies he hates any blended fruits I prepare for him at home. Ok I know I am not a good cook or food preparer but I can't be that bad or am I?

Other food he is fine with the problm is only when I try my creativity and blend something for him
