Fenugreek

Whenever I feel stressed / in a situation where milk stimulation is low I use fenugreek. Its specifically for lactation. Can also add Brewers Yeast, drink lots of liquids, maybe get some rehydrate or mix yourself jungle juice (Blackbery elixir (cant recall full name) and do your best to avoid stress, so add rescue drops into your drinks.

Absolutely worth it. I used it because I had no milk and within a few days of using the herb I had fantastic milk supply and could express which I never could do before.

I used fenugreek and fennel infusions while bf my 2 daughters. I also ate lots of fennel bulb in salads ( bought from woolies). I felt it helped for me.
Bf both until 2 yrs. My eldest was really picky and just lived off the breastmilk, with food as snacks in between

My LG is 16 weeks today. I’m back at work and expressing. My expressed milk (express 3 times during the day) is just enough for 1 feed. The other feeds she gets NAN. Also the morning bottle gets a little (1/2 ts) pappies in. At night and over weekends I BF. Sometimes after BF she’s still hungry and I give NAN.
I was looking at ways of increasing my milk supply, and read about Fenugreek.
Anyone using it? Used it? Any inputs about the herb?
