Advice *worried*

Yay, so very happy that you are fine - and baby is fine.

Thank you Ladies for the best wishes. I went to see my Dr and he told me that spotting and cramps are most common during the first trimester, and i should not worry as everything seems 100% okay. I am a bit relieved and hope that the spotting and cramps will stop soon. Thank you

I also spotted at about 8 weeks and got such bad cramps I could not even walk up the steps. Turns out it was my uterus expanding. but I also ran to the doc, felt rather silly when i got out of there, but another 4 or five late night calls and I got over it, rule of thumb...you pay the doctor a whole lot of money to be a pain in his @ss, so feel free to do so. I felt like such a platz cayse I called the OBGYN while he was away on a weekend and got contractions at 25 wks, and altough I felt so guilty it was really good I did, almost went into labour. Rather safe than sorry.

<A friend of mine who is 37 weeks along at the moment, has been bleeding since she was 8 weeks along, not spotting, but giant pad bleeding. Obviously she runs as fast as she can to the OBGYN regularly as it all looks so dire, and each time she is sent away and told she is fine, and so is baby. Before her I must confess that if there was the slightest rumour of spotting, I always used to imagine the worst, but have realised that there are several women who do experiece some spotting and seem to be fine ..... I really hope you are fine as well>
