too much Eggs for a LG not good?

Yaz my mom said they not good for girls why especially girls I am not sure. GW please keep us posted. Jems my LG also calls for eggs she could eat them all day if she could

I asked this same question on moomie a while ago. There were mixed answers.
My LO also loves eggs. In times when she refuses food it is one of the few things I can get her to eat.

I also try to not give it more than every 2nd day.

I still want to ask my pead this same question.

Why would they not be good for girls specifically? Eggs are actually super healthy (as long as they are free range and the chicken didn't get antibiotics, steroids and animal leftovers to eat). An egg every other day is fine!

My LG loves eggs and my mom has suggested i not give her all the time as eggs are not good for girls. Anyone know how true this is? She doesn't have them everyday
