Once she is on the full portion of one meal a day, you can introduce a second meal starting off with just one spoonful and after a few days increasing it, as you did the first meal until its a full meal.
Lunch is normally the last meal you introduce and by this time they may start dropping a bottle, but I honestly cant recall when Kaylee started dropping a bottle it may have been around 8 or 9 months old. Milk is still most important for the first year so you dont need to rush into it.
I would say to follow baby's que's, dont force her to eat, she should show you if she's enjoying it and wanting more by willingly opening her mouth for the food.
The clinic sister should be able to inform you about all this though, I must say I got more of this type of info from the clinic sister than I did the paed.
She gave out meal plans with ideas on what you can introduce when, what meals, how many bottles for age appropriateness etc.
So I would suggest getting to see one before you can see your paed.
Also K never ever drank the formula tin's recommended quantity a day. Some paeds will say that thats just money making.

I was trying to find the calculation for how much formula for a 6month old but not finding it online.
Your clinic sister should also be able to tell you this, or perhaps someone on here. But its got to do with her weight.
