I breastfed and while breast feeding I would try to just get expressed milk to body temp. I would just do it by dunking bottle into boiling water in jug. Most of the time if I expressed I did not freeze. Just in fridge and fed the next day when I'm at work.

But bottles formula always room temp B)

Hi Lagogies,

That sounds like a good advice.
But what about expressed milk that was stored in the freezer, and then to the fridge to defrost.

I don't think giving the baby straight from the fridge is a good idea,
and I am worried if I leave it out, it will turn bad in 4 hours (especially in summer) ? It would be a waste if I have to throw them away as they are very precious!

My honest opinion would be the best advice my friend gave me with my firstborn. Dont ever heat your baby's bottles.
Have the water at room temp and give your kid milk at room temp.
Wherever you are, you never have to worry about heating bottles. I did it with my second also and will do it again.
Your baby is happy with bottle that is quick to make. Your baby will never get a bottle that is to hot or cry because it is not ready and he is hungry.

I noticed that Babymoov Tulip Warmer is a lot cheaper (R179) than most warmer in the market eg Tommee Tippee, Avent, etc

Anyone tried it before? Is it any good?
