Thank you for your advice. I ended up going to Baby City again, tried on a seamless, sports type drop cup Carefix that I thought would be bad but ended up liking a lot. Also checked our Toys R Us for Triumph but couldn't find. Found Playtex at Edgar's, ugly, very affordable (R240 for 2) and surprisingly comfortable- though my husband laughed and said it looked like I had little shotgun boobs... Haffie- I normally wear Sloggy so converting existing ones via Storm in a G cup would have this huge padded flap under the poor baby but I never knew they did that as I love underwire and feel totally unsupported if no wires.... Maybe I should've bought nice soft tshirt bras and converted.... Aaaaaaargh.

I am also using Woolworths maternity bras
They are comfortable, not the best looking, but comfortable.

I'm using the maternity bras from Woolworths. They aren't very good looking, but they are comfortable and get the job done. After 17 months of everyday use, they are still fitting well, although they have seen better days.

haffie- I never knew that could even be done. Thanks for that, I will definitely look into it next time around.

Hi there

Toys R Us / Babies R Us carries Triumph nursing bras which look like a normal padded bras, but with a drop cup. They have the typical black, white and flesh toned colours. But they also have more fun ones, pink with brownish polka dots and black with white polka dots.

Happy shopping ;)

Marinda, I used the Woolworths feeding bra's. They were very comfortable, not to bad looking, and very affordable. Maybe go and have a look?

Hi ladies,

I am trying my best to find a comfortable nursing bra that is not completely hideous... Any brands you can recommend? Any suggestions greatly appreciated. I slept in the Carefix maternity vest bras and bought few sleep bras of theirs for after birth till milk settles but I find the side strap cuts into my boob in their feeding range- the nice looking ones which is a shame!

Looking forward to hearing from you all.
