The sales guys here have aleady stolen some of my milk to ply a trick on someone and put it in his coffee! It was only a little and I wasn't too sure whether to laugh or be mad. The won't do it again cos I told them I had Hepatitis B and they aren't too sure whether to believe me or not...

So it's around R750 - R950 more. I paid R1250 for my mini electric (bought the manual one and then upgraded - slightly cheaper way of doing it). It might be worth the extra money so that you can express whenever wherever you like. I would've been too embarressed to express at work with that mini electric. I work in a very male environment (fishermen)!!

Pricy but so worth it in the end if you're going to express at work like you want to.

I hope someone buys it for a baby shower pressie! ;)

At Baby Boom the Swing Electric is R1999, at Baby City it costs R2199.

I also found the mini electric quite loud. I would have to put the baby monitor on the table in front of me and watch it to see if the thingy moved so I would know if baby was crying. I wouldn't have heard her with that thing going. How much more expensive is the one that you're getting Huggles?

I must admit I find the staff at Baby Boom (Cape Gate) really brilliant. Especially the one lady (i think she might be manager but not sure). She has been a real start and totally deserves a medal or something. I gave her total hell when we bought our pram cos i happened to be a in a bad mood and super grumpy and she stayed pleasant and helpful throughout! And then when i went back for the registery box on another day (the day that she landed up showing me the breastpumps) she was again super helpful. She definitely needs like shop assistant of the year award or something :silly:
