K will be 1 year in a week's time :) and here is her schedule:

6 am - Bottle (drinks anything from 150 ml to 200 ml
7:30 am - Cerelac
10 am - Tea
12pm - Lunch (Veggie and protein) or a fruit puree
2pm - 200 ml bottle
5:30pm - Supper (Protein and veggies)
7pm - Last bottle

She does not snack too much either in the day unless she sees us eating toast :) She also does nap twice a day (1 in the morning after tea and one nap after her bottle in the afternoon)

I used to give my LB a bottle in the morning when he used to wake up at 6/6:30 but now he wakes at 7:30/8 (im not complaining) so this is my LB's schedule:-

8am - Cereal : Purity Cereal or Oats

10:30 - Bottle 180ml (this is the bottle i normally would have given him at 6)

Nap

12:30 - Lunch : 1 or 2 Cracker bread with cheese spread or bovril, sausage and a cheese wedge.

14:30 - small snack : some more sausage (he loves them) OTees or a biscuit and Some stewed fruit with 2 spoons plain yoghurt.

Nap

17:30 - Supper : Protein and Veg. More yoghurt (flavoured)

19:30 - 220ml bottle

After bottle - BED until 7:30/8 the next morning and then it all starts again.

Wow thanks 2kidmamma. Its really interesting about the sugar, caffeine and vit A.

Tjokker, Ive bought it at Dischem and at Clicks. Its like a nutritional shake/meal replacement for kids from 1yr to 10yrs. It says on the label that it can even be given as tube feeding. It has double the carbs of formula milk and also extra other goodies.. You can if necessary (like when they are sick or eat badly) even replace all milk feeds with the shake, but its really expensive and I only see it as a extra and not as a replacemnt. You mix it with water, exactly how you would formula. You get choc and vanilla flavor. I just add half of it with half of formula in his morning bottle and then give him a little bit in his sippy cup pm.

I wonder about Horlicks though? This is may be a better option to help the baba's sleep. The Purity Bed Time Drink give my boy alot of Phlegm because of it's enormous sugar content and so he doesn't sleep either coz he coughs all night.

I was also quite shocked after I had been giving it to my 18 month old in the evenings, couldn't understand why she wouldn't sleep then he told me it's the Sugar and Caffeine in the Milo and also to watch for the Vit A.
