Thank you so much, i was just wondering because i still give him 4 bottels a day for baby school and when i pick him up his bottels is not finished so i was afraid that i might be spoiling his lunch and dinner with all the milk.

That is pretty much what mine is on, minus the snacks and having all the food pureed - and with only fruit or vegetable .... mine is a bit behind in terms of food maturity.

She doesn't snack, so she would get milk at that juncture.

As you said, all kids are different, and as long as your son is gaining weight, sleeping through the night and meeting his milestones there is nothing to worry about.

Hi there

Here is a guide

6am 200ml milk

8am cereal

11am mid morning snack of fruit & rusk or something like that plus water or juice

1 30 lunch veg & protein like baked beans toast and a veg etc plus water

2pm 200ml milk

4pm light snack like yoghurt and water or juice

6pm dinner with protein carb and veg

7 30pm 200ml milk

The times are just a guide line and your toddler should determine how much is eaten.

My LB has just turned 1 and I would like to know how much milk should he be drinking at this stage and should he be getting more solids in than milk?
What is a good feeding schedule for a 1 year old, i know every child is different but it is just nice to get an idea.

Thanks
