Tommee Tippee Bottles and Pump

Hi there, i only use the TT bottles and pump. I never had any problems with either of the products. The pump i still use now and then but will definitely keep for the next baby. Please be sure that you are using the correct teat for the age appropriate baby.
My baby was exclusively BF and with all my friends every single one of us use TT bottles. Its similar to the breast and has the same feel if you suck on the teat. Pacifiers i use Nuk

I bought a NUK and TT bottel before baby was born to see which one she takes to before buying more.

She likes both of them but I find that the TT has a bigger hole and if she does not drink fast enough the milk tends to run out her mouth and into her neck. Im giving the TT a skip for a little while until she is able to drink faster.

my baby prefers the Nuk bottles and pacifer i went and bought TT for some reason he never liked them even the pacifers they are just sitting and gathering dust now. Babies... huh

I've (hubbie as well) been using them for 5 months now and they've been great. I started at about 4 wks. I prefer the shape. My baby however dislikes the TT dummies - uses NUK. I also used the manual pump for about a month. I hated pumping - took hours - but this was due to a poor milk supply more than the kind of pump I was using. Hope this helps.

I use both TT and avent bottles. Baby prefers TT, don't know why. I think it all depends on what baby likes. He doesn't like TT soothers and prefers NUK ones.

I'm breasfeeding, but have bought the tommee tippee for occasional use. The Medela pump doesnt fit over, but I use it with the cheapee bottle from checkers (I have bought 8 of these and I freeze milk in them to keep a stockpile - its cheaper than 8 expensive bottles). When I want to use my expressed milk I just defrost and pour out into the tommee tippee (I only bought 2). They look most like a breast to me, and James has had no problems taking one (I gave him his first bottle at 8weeks just before I was going to a football match and leaving him with my mom.) They are comfortable to hold and I actually prefered it to the Nuk that was given to me with my discovery pack. I like the hole that it has to prevent airbubbles from forming:)

I cant speak for the pump, I had wanted to get it, but I couldnt find one (they were out of stock everywhere when I went to get), but my friend uses the electric one and she is very happy with it:)

I was considering these too but apparently the medela pump which I want only fits to narrow neck. Other pumps like pigeon has an attachment for wideneck.

One thing I was told which made me think is that narrow neck are easier for them to hold when they start holding things than narrow neck.

Otherwise I think it's personal preference really. Maybe buy 1 or 2 so that if baby not happy with it you havent spent a fortune.
