Medical Plan for Single Mom?

I was on Discovery's Key Care plan, was really a good plan, however I didn't like the fact that you had to go to a specified doctor in your area, the one that they had on their 'books' in my area was, how shall i put this delicately...a quack.

I am on momentum, and for me it is R700 a month. I am on their incentive scheme.

Discovery have an option called Keycare which provides good hospital cover etc.
