gyne or midwife?

hi all

i am currently 8 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child my daughter just turned 2 in september.

i need some advise i had a csec with het due to my gyne telling me that i had high blood pressure on 8 months of my pregnancy and i really wanted to have a normal birth now that im pregnant again i want to try and live my dream by doing a vbac i went to my new gyne for the first time on wednesday and told him i want a vbac and then he had a mouth full on how risky it is and he doesnt like to do it because the womb already has a cut and can rupture during labour and all that stuff?

now i need some advise as to what to do?
i know a lot of midwifes does vbac but my problem is are they taking patients with medical aids? i am ok with paying the antenatal visits but dont have the R5000 they want up front?

your help and opinions will be appreciated a lot
