Hi Ilse,
I don't know Dr. Mostert, but my understanding of Kloof hospital is that is mainly a pro-section hospital. I could be wrong but I remember other moms asking about kloof before. However don't take my word for it, rather speak to your doctor and ask her directly what is her c-section/natural birth percentage rate. That should give you a nice indication.
Often doctors will say that they are neutral to either, but often they are not telling the truth, when you get to week 35 they will start to make sounds of "they think baby is too big..." or other excuses which are usually not medically correct.
If you are set on a natural birth make sure your caretaker has a high percentage of natural births in his/her practice.
I have just left my Dr. of the past 7 years as he refused to consider a VBAC. Rather do it sooner in your pregnancy than later if needed.
