You could contact HypnoBirthing. Their classes are awesome and the ladies who teach are also doulas. I know they have a branch in Cape Town. You don't have to do the classes for one of them to be your Doula, although I highly recommend the classes!

We're having our first on eat the end of July and have heard amazing things about having a Doula to assist you through your birth, specifically if want a natural birth.
Can anyone recommend a good Doula in the Cape Town / Southern Suburbs / Vincent Pallotti areas?
