lightbulb Belly Band / Ab Binder

Hi ladies

I had a c-sec on the 18th of Jan. Baby came 10 weeks and I was soOo unprepared. I used the VOE belt my gynae recommended. It definitely does help with the pain. 5 weeks on, I still rely on it.

My belly went down significantly in first 3 weeks but now I don't see much of a difference. But I suspect it could also be because I have been binding myself over the past 2 weeks and I could feel it didn't feel as right as when someone else does it for me. So you will need help with this one.

They said I should wear this one for 6 weeks only day and night. And I feel like I will still need something beyond the 6 weeks. I used the cherished belt with my first pregnancy and that also worked very well. Back then, I went back to work after 8 weeks and I didn't look like I had just had a baby. I was back into my small pre-pregnancy clothes.

I probably didn't help much in that mouthful

Hi there

I had a c sec, and I used the coco drama tummy tucker. I bought it at the baby expo but you can find it at clicks. It worked very well for me! I started wearing it the day I got home from the hospital. I had lots of comments about how quickly my stomach shrunk. I also had quite an easy recovery! It definitely helped with support.

Goodluck with your decision!

I Plan to have a c Section in April and was wondering what brand of belly bands or ab binders works the best , or if they work at all. I heard it serve two functions : it assists with the pain after the c section and also helps with getting your tummy back in shape. Please advise.

Thank you
