Natural birth at Morningside clinic?

Hello all Mommies and Mommies to be

I am expecting my first and my out of country medical aid usually arranges everything at Morningside mediclinic.

I really REALLY want an unmedicated natural birth because I dont like and my body really doesn't like meds etc. I also have a spinal issue which had so far not once caused me pain and I dont want to stick anything in there and start issues.

Has anyone had experience with natural birth at Morningside mediclinic and their policies regarding fetal monitoring and iv's etc?
