Hie, I had my baby at panorama in April this year. When baby was a day old,the paediatrician said that my son had had a seizure while she was observing him (in the nursery) during her rounds. Less than half an hour later, the "seizure" happened again.

They decided to admit him in the nicu for a comprehensive test. We ( his dad and I) walked him through to the NICU in his incubator. The nurses were very reassuring during this time. I was allowed to visit him anytime between 7 am and 7pm. After that I could call at any hour during the night just to check on him.
The NICU staff was wonderful! They took such great care of the baby. They were friendly and patient even when I made calls during the night. He was only in there for 2 days, during which I received a thorough education on how to care for him ( bathing, first aid etc). Not only that, the NICU still supported me when I was home by answering all the questions I had about baby ( being a first time mom). I still phone them when I'm worried about baby, and they are always happy to help.

HI Bea,

Will also be going to Panaroma - going to go have a look at the maternity ward early next month.
Will be my first time at Panaroma hospital, but have only heard great things about both the hospital and the maternity ward.

Sure the NICU will also be great ;)
