I was with Dr Karina Janse Van Rensburg (Panorama) for my 2nd pregnancy and found her to be very pro-natural given that I initially wanted to have a VBAC (we waited till the last minute, but baby did not turn correctly so my husband and I decided to not go ahead with the VBAC). She is such a friendly and caring person - I would definitely recommend her.
