Thank you for sharing. You have been through alot. I don't know much about endometriosis but I have heard many success stories about sufferers who did ivf.
So chin up, it can happen!

We are trying for no.1 for just over 2 yrs now. I conceived naturally in 2011 only to miscarry 8weeks later. I had 2 failed iui's in Sep and Oct 2012 before moving on to IVF in Nov2012. I chose to do icsi since dh has 2% morphology. I was on fertomid and menopur and produced 9 eggs. These produced the crapiest batch of embryos ever. Only 3 survived to day of transfer day 3 resulting in a BFN. I started believing that my age is the cause (37).

We decided to take a break and start in Jan 2013 with another fresh cycle. This time tho my FS changed my medication to perogoveris instead of menopur. And sure enough I produced 11 eggs resulting in 6 good quality blastocysts on day5. 3 were transferred and yielded a BFP. This sadly ended in ectopic at 6 weeks.

I am currently starting my Frozen cycle as of tommorrow. I'm not very confident tho. I'm beginning to think that perhaps i'm destined to not have any kids. This is one difficult journey...

Between Sep last year and Feb this year I had 4 failed IUI's.

I have stage 4 endo - was first operated on May last year and we thought I had a one year window of opportunity - hence a home plan (!) for three months before IUI. As I already have a daughter, my FS was of the opinion that we have already "proven" that we can conceive.

Because of pain I had another lap last week - turns out my ovaries and tubes were all stuck together behind my uterus - sigh. All fixed now, but it's only been 11 months since my last lap. The FS said there was no way I would have fallen pregnant.

I'm seeing him next week for my follow up and I must discuss the road ahead. Hopefully IVF. He was very positive about my prognosis after surgery. But if you read all the stuff on google about stage 4 endo... it's not very positive.
