I tend to stay away from all foods. Offer a little bit of bone broth or chicken soup (almost always refused). Lots of fluids - water, rehydration solution, diluted apple juice, sometimes energade. When starting to feel better then grated apple that's been left to go slightly brown. Maybe marie biscuits.Please Log in or Create an account to join the conversation.

I thought it would be nice to share here what you use if you go the conventional way (antibiotics etc) and the homeopathic way. Then moms can come and see what options they have. (Not that we recommend any, they'd still have to check with their healthcare provider).
Maybe start a new topic with the new "condition".
Anyway, what do you give for gastro?
I give smecta (Hasie's recommendation), then there's a homeopathic remedy for digestive problems, but I cannot remember the name and don't have the bottle, lots of rehydrate, coke (I know!) and white bread toast with very fine biltong.Please Log in or Create an account to join the conversation.
