I had a similar experience 8 weeks allwas fineand at 10 weeks lost the baby. My dr assured me its rather a developmental issue than something I did. It was still heartbreaking

On Wednesday I started spotting, rushed to the Dr where he found that baby stopped growing and has not heartbeat. I was supposed to be over 9 weeks but baby measured 7 weeks. Miscarriage was underway and a D&C was done later that afternoon.
My heart is shattered! I dont understand, I really dont. I had such a perfect 1st pregnancy, why did this one have to end? Baby had a perfect heartbeat 2 weeks ago and now there is nothing.
Mommies who have been through this, how did you cope? I am so angry with everyone!!
