Prem Babies

My baby was born 12 march 8 weeks prem. she is now 4 months old. can anyone tell me what to expect developmental wise. she seems to be on average 2-3 months as she laughs and smiles and talks and hands in the mouth alot, although her neck drops to the right all the time....

Fraternal boy/girl twin born June 8th, 2010 at 35w 3d. LB spent 9 days in Neonatal ward and LG 10 days!
